Regulations for Cruises.

The regulations for cruises at SailCraft Sławomir Gronowski are effective from July 10, 2023.

 

A. General Information.

  1. This document regulates the rules applicable to participants of sea cruises at SailCraft Sławomir Gronowski, ul. Wiązowa 64, 81-198 Mosty, phone: 600310665, email: biuro@sailcraft.pl (hereinafter: "SailCraft").
  2. Descriptions of cruises found on the SailCraft website: sailcraft.pl do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Civil Code, but are an invitation to conclude a contract. The data contained in these descriptions are informative and may change before the conclusion of the Agreement.
  3. The price of the cruise includes one place on the yacht, the skipper's supervision, NNW and KL insurance, as well as practical and theoretical training in the practical conduct of sea sailing cruises.
  4. The price of the cruise does not include costs related to fuel consumption, port fees, and provisions. These fees are additionally borne by the cruise participants.
  5. In the event of resignation during the cruise or failure to comply with the rules specified in point B.1., the participant is not entitled to a refund.

B. Rules of Conduct on Cruises.

  1. The cruise participant is obliged to comply with the commands of the yacht captain, adhere to these regulations, participate in the crew's activities resulting from the daily schedule, the rhythm of sea watches, and activities related to ensuring the safe passage of the yacht along the cruise route and appropriate interaction with other cruise participants.
  2. It is prohibited to participate in the cruise while showing signs of alcohol consumption or using psychoactive substances, as well as to use them during the cruise. Consumption of alcohol in small amounts is allowed while docked in port with the captain's consent.
  3. If a participant decides to resign from the cruise during its duration, they will be disembarked at the nearest port. The participant organizes their return at their own expense and responsibility.
  4. The participant is fully legally and financially responsible for any damages caused by their fault.

F. Final Provisions

  1. In the event of dangerous weather conditions, the yacht captain may continuously adjust the planned cruise route.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the cruise for reasons beyond their control (e.g., insufficient number of participants). In such a case, the organizer guarantees a full refund of the payment.
