Regulations for sailing, motor boating, and additional training

The regulations for sailing, motor boating, and additional training at SailCraft Sławomir Gronowski Marek Polniak Civil Partnership are effective from March 12, 2024.

  1. The organizer of training for the Yacht Sailor, Motorboat Skipper, Sea Motorboat Skipper, Yacht Sea Skipper, additional training, and for the License for towing water objects is: SailCraft Sławomir Gronowski Marek Polniak Civil Partnership based in Mosty (81-198) at ul. Wiązowa 64, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), using the assigned tax identification number NIP: 5871744717 and statistical number REGON 527666751 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

  2. All information regarding the training (dates, prices) and the Reservation Regulations can be found on the website www.sailcraft.pl in the tabs dedicated to individual trainings.

  3. The theoretical classes take place at the Municipal Cultural and Sports Center in Puck at ul. Lipowa 3c or at the Puck yacht harbor, while practical classes take place on the waters of the Gdańsk Bay with a base at the Puck yacht harbor.

  4. The fee for the course does not include costs related to the exam and the issuance of the certificate. These fees are collected by representatives of the examination board before the exam.

  5. As part of the payment for the training, the participant is guaranteed: practical and theoretical training in accordance with the requirements set by the applicable regulations at the times and dates specified on the website www.sailcraft.pl in the tabs dedicated to individual trainings.

  6. The participant is fully legally and financially responsible for any damages caused by their fault. For damages caused by a minor, their legal guardian is responsible.

  7. The training participant is required to comply with the instructions of the instructors, adhere to these regulations, and participate in theoretical and practical classes.

  8. It is prohibited to participate in the course under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances, as well as to consume them during the course.

  9. The course participant is responsible for getting to theoretical and practical classes at their own expense and risk.

  10. In case of weather conditions that may pose a danger to course participants or property, the instructor may cancel the practical classes for that day.

  11. The organizer reserves the right to change the dates of theoretical and practical classes as well as to change the course end date, which will be communicated to course participants in advance.

  12. In case of resignation from participation in the course during its duration, the paid fee is non-refundable.

  13. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the course for reasons beyond their control (e.g., insufficient number of participants). In such a situation, the organizer guarantees a full refund of the payment made.

  14. Personal data of participants are processed according to the principles outlined in the Privacy Policy posted on the website www.sailcraft.pl.

  15. These Regulations for sailing and motor boating training are an integral part of the participation agreement in the training. The participant entering into the agreement declares that they have read the above Regulations.

  16. The participation of a minor in the training takes place with the written consent of their legal guardian.
